FLOATING GONG MEDITATION
"You are a valuable instrument in the orchestration of your own world, and the overall harmony of the universe.” Suzy Kassem
Come experience the feeling of being cocooned in our aerial silks!
Please join us for this unique and supportive sound meditation. Participants will be suspended in our beautiful aerial silks floating weightless and at ease while being washed in sound and vibration from several large gongs and other therapeutic instruments.
Together, we will embark on a purposeful journey that will induce a profoundly relaxed, meditative, dream-like state for each listener. Participants will be provided the opportunity to simply be, relax, let the mind go, and the walls down. To rest and drop deep within as you receive the enormous benefits that this form of meditation offers. A sacred space to breathe, be present, and surrender to the enveloping experience thereby relinquishing the erratic chatter of the mind and becoming profoundly aware of our entire being and its many layers as it is in a constant state of vibration.
Inversions are not part of this experience, we are practicing self-care through savasana. Participants are encouraged to dress in comfortable clothing and are required to wear a face-covering during this offering. No additional supplies are needed and prior experience is unnecessary. Simply come with an open mind, ready to unwind through the remarkable connection of the gong. Please use the practice of personal accountability, as far as health goes. This is a socially distant responsible event.
Doors will open 15 minutes prior, please arrive early to allow time to check-in and get settled. Doors will close promptly at the starting time of the event. Ample FREE parking is available onsite.
