LETTING GO: A GONG BATH JOURNEY

“Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness.

If, in our heart, we still cling to anything - anger, anxiety, or possessions - we cannot be free.” Thich Nhat Hanh

IT IS ONLY WHEN WE BEGIN TO RELAX DEEPLY WITHIN OURSELVES THAT LETTING GO BECOMES A TRANSFORMATIVE PROCESS.

In the stress and complexity of our lives, we may forget our deepest intentions. When we consider loving well and living fully, we can see the ways our attachments and fears have limited us, and we can see the many opportunities for our hearts to open. Letting go and moving through life from one change to another brings the maturing of our spiritual being. It allows us to touch each moment of this changing life and to be there fully for whatever arises next.

Please bring a mat or thick cushion along with any additional supports you would like for your comfort (i.e. blankets, pillows, bolster, eye pillow, etc).
