As a Licensed Vibrational Sound Therapist, Meditation Teacher, and Usui Reiki Master, the essence of my work is about helping those that I meet to establish and maintain a lasting connection in body, mind, and spirit. I am deeply passionate about Eastern Culture and Holistic Pathways and implement my experience as a Trauma-Informed Practitioner in all aspects of client care and well-being. I work from the heart and my greatest desire and sincerest hope are to offer support and inspiration to all who are looking for ways to restore balance and harmony in their lives. This allows me to come from a place of non-judgment and unconditional love, always; ready to meet all beings where they are on their own journey while holding space for limitless possibilities. With deep light and gratitude, I bow to all who have come to my door and all who will come.
I am licensed, insured, and registered with the Vibrational Sound Association and certified and registered with the Shimbumi International Reiki Association. In all aspects of client care, I uphold the vision, mission, and philosophy of both professional associations and strictly adhere to their Codes of Practice and Ethics. I am extremely proud of my licensure and these professional memberships, they show that I operate at the highest of standards.
My private client work takes place in my home studio and in my office in East Lansing. I am also pleased to facilitate monthly Sound Bath Meditation and Gong Immersions at Lotus Voice Integrative Therapies in East Lansing and People's Yoga in Lansing. Collaborative efforts, like my ongoing work with Kintla Yoga Therapy®, have also provided me the wonderful opportunity to facilitate sound events nationally and all over Michigan. I truly love sharing sound therapy and meditation at retreats, workshops, or special events for both small and large groups. I am additionally honored to volunteer my time as a practitioner at Ele's Place, The Firecracker Foundation, and Hospice of Lansing.
When not doing therapy work, you can find me spending time in the woods practicing Shinrin-Yoku, running the trails with my canine companion Edison, playing my instruments, practicing yoga, or enjoying sitting/walking meditation. I am also currently in teacher training to earn my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher certificate.
I operate under the foundational trauma-informed philosophy that embraces the core principles of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
My mission is to provide you with a professional, safe, serene, and inclusive atmosphere to help encourage deep relaxation through sound focused therapy and mindfulness practices; helping you to remove barriers that limit your path to well-being allowing you to achieve greater balance in body, mind, and spirit.
